SHOULD I NEED TO RETURN MY BOOTS FOR A REFUND, HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment that was used to place the order. For both the safety of our customers & logistical reasons, we cannot issue refunds to a different card or account other than that which was used to place the order. If the card or account used to make the purchase is now no longer active, your bank will be able to transfer the refunded money to your new card/bank account.
